Delivery & Shipping

We will process your order within 1-3 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 3 days for delivery, for rural delivery this may take longer.

We charge a flat rate fee for shipping to non rural New Zealand addresses, rural addresses require an additional charge of $5 per order.

A tracking number will be provided via email when your order has been shipped.
